In order to create this gastronomic concept, we received guidance from two renowned chefs and paella experts: Carlos Otaola (Otaola Restaurant, Seville) and José Luis Chaparro (Casa Chaparro Restaurant, Valencia), whose restaurants have received prestigious awards.
