A new culinary space capturing the essence of the Mediterranean, with a menu to delight rice lovers, has opened its doors at the Barceló Punta Umbría Mar hotel.
For the creation of this unique gastronomic concept in Huelva, we received guidance from two renowned chefs and paella experts: Carlos Otaola (Otaola Restaurant, Seville) and José Luis Chaparro (Casa Chaparro Restaurant, Valencia), whose restaurants have received prestigious awards. Specialities include authentic paellas such as Valencian paella and arroz del senyoret; arroz caldoso, a rice stew, and arroz meloso, a creamy rice, with ingredients such as lobster; and fideuàs, noodle paellas with ingredients such as duck, wild mushrooms and foie.
