RATES
The long-stay rates are applied starting with a 1-bedroom standard apartment measuring 65 square metres - From AED 15,000 per month for a 1-bedroom standard apartment
- From AED 22,000 per month for a 2-bedroom standard apartment
Terms and conditions - The rates apply for 30 nights or more and include all applicable taxes, service charges and VAT.
- These rates are subject to the tourism dirham, which is AED 10 per night for the 1-bedroom and AED 20 for the 2-bedroom, only for the first 30 nights.
