Among the specialities there are the tuna fillet and tenderloin, tail loin and morrillo (tuna noten). Among the most popular dishes we find the Crepitante (crispy tuna taco with nuts), the Carámbano de Toro del Mar (Toro tuna tartare and raw loin), the Columnas de Hércules (tuna tataki with teriyaki) or the Templo Helado en Calma (Tuna tiradito with Yuzu sphere). A menu filled with dishes based on this marine delicacy, found in various formats, textures and flavours thanks to its excellent versatility.
