A new culinary space set in the Mediterranean Sea, whose menu will delight lovers of rice in all its forms, has opened its doors at the Hotel Barceló Cabo de Gata.

 

For the creation of this unique gastronomic concept in Almeria we have been advised by two renowned chefs and paella experts: Carlos Otaola (Restaurante Otaola, Seville) and José Luis Chaparro (Restaurante Casa Chaparro, Valencia) whose restaurants have received prestigious awards. Among its specialties are authentic paellas as the Valencian or Señoret, rice dishes such as lobster or oxtail, or fideuás such as duck, boletus and foie.
