At the wellness Center of the Barceló Fuerteventura Beach Resort the objective is to do everything possible to make the guest feel the maximum comfort in a 3000 square meter facility. The health, sports and wellness centre is a must-visit for all those who wish to take care of themselves during their holidays on the island, where specialised therapists will help them choose the best treatments to renew themselves both inside and out. In addition, the Thalasso Center has outdoor pools, an indoor saltwater pool with cannons for the cervical area, hydromassage jets, and bubble oxygenation beds.
Among other services, it also offers hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, caldarium, tepidarium, frigidarium, sensation showers and relaxation areas.

Prior reservation is recommended. The minimum age to access the services of the Thalasso Center is 16 years old.
Wellness Area
The more than 3,000 square meters of the Thalasso Spa make it the largest on the island of Fuerteventura. A place where everything is designed to guarantee an atmosphere of relaxation and well-being, with services, treatments and spaces designed for all guests.
Hydrotherapy circuit
A unique space where you can relax and feel the healing power of water with the therapeutic seawater circuit, which will relieve muscle tension, purify the body and promote health and well-being. Outdoor and indoor swimming pools, whirlpool, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, caldarium, tepidarium, frigidarium, sensation showers, relaxation areas and solarium. The use of a hat, swimsuit and flip-flops is mandatory (on sale at the Spa reception).
Treatments
The Thalasso Spa offers a wide range of beauty, health treatments and relaxing, energizing or detox therapies. It has five treatment cabins for individual use, two special cabins for couples, a cabin for hands and feet, three cabins with whirlpool bathtubs and a relaxation area where you can enjoy a moment of peace.
All highly qualified therapists will help to personalize the experience according to each need.

Fitness
In the Fitness area of the Thalasso Centre, guests will find different spaces where they can practice physical exercise individually and in groups. An official Les Mills center with directed activities such as Body Balace, Aquadynamic, Core and HBS Fussion, among others, with a program of more than 40 weekly directed classes. The Les Mills training method offers innovative classes with scientifically designed choreographies.
Sports
In the Sports area, guests can have fun practicing sports while enjoying the spectacular climate of the Canary Islands and the impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean. The sports facilities include four paddle tennis courts, a tennis court, a multi-sport court to play basketball and football, and mini-golf with two playing fields depending on the level of difficulty.
