Nestled in the Barceló Maya Caribe, La Fuente offers an authentic Spanish dining experience in a setting inspired by Mallorca. This restaurant was renamed in honor of the magnificent fountains that embellish it and give it a European touch. With a menu that celebrates the flavors of Spain, the restaurant's romantic atmosphere is complemented by its rustic style. Most of the restaurant's products come directly from Spain, a culinary plus to an offering of some of the country's most beloved and typical dishes.

The restaurant, located next to the Barceló Maya Caribe's lobby offers a unique dining experience with ample access for guests in wheelchairs and a menu in five languages in addition to Spanish. Overlooking the Maya Mall and the Caribe buffet, the ambiance combines romanticism and rusticity, standing out for its soft lighting and wooden furniture.
Fabian Pérez's paintings, inspired by flamenco dancers, decorate La Fuente. The star dishes include Serrano ham croquettes, breaded sirloin steak with Serrano ham in a blue cheese sauce, or the famous crema catalana. The service is personalized, starting from the moment you enter the door, with special attention to guests' dietary preferences and restrictions. Live music with a quartet livens up the space every Wednesday and Saturday night.
The fountain has a strict dress code. For men, long pants, closed shoes are required and tank tops are not allowed. For women, swimsuits, pool sandals or transparent clothing are not allowed.
