Instructions for the correct manner to import bookings to your my Barceló account:
- Only bookings made on Barceló.com or via the Barceló Call Center with a check-out date within the last 12 months will be imported.
- The booking must belong to a hotel in the current portfolio of Barceló Hotel Group.
- The email address of the booking Holder must be the same as the email address of the Holder of the my Barceló account to which you wish to import.
- Flight plus hotel package bookings and those bookings made on other websites, travel agencies, or other means other than Barceló.com. or the Barceló Call Center cannot be imported to your my Barceló account.
