For the creation of this gastronomic concept, we have had the advice of the renowned chef and expert paella chef Carlos Otaola (Otaola Restaurant, Seville), whose establishment has received prestigious awards.
Among its specialties there is no shortage of authentic paellas such as Valencian or Señoret, brothy or creamy rice such as lobster or oxtail, or fideuás such as duck, boletus and foie.
