Located in front of the Mayan Theatre, the Bugambilias restaurant offers unique views of the theatre and the pools from its two terraces. The bright room offers an elegant and pleasant atmosphere and AC, while the terrace benefits from the natural surroundings. Its buffet specialises in international cuisine and offers a children's menu. It does not need to be booked in advance and is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The executive chef is Mateo Ek. With training at the Ritz Escoffier School of Gastronomy in Paris and certifications from the Culinary Institute of America, Mateo ensures a high-quality culinary experience.

Dress Code: The restaurant accepts casual formal attire but does not allow swimwear, pool sandals, or sleeveless T-shirts for gentlemen.
