Barceló Maya Beach offers the following non-motorised water sports:
- Pool aerobics
- Water polo
- Snorkelling equipment (1 hour of equipment use per day free of charge)
- Kayaks
- Water tricycles
- Basic windsurfing (standard boards)
- Basic catamarans (Hobie Wave)
- Scuba diving (one lesson in the swimming pool once a week. 8 minute basic lesson during established opening hours)

Snorkelling and diving
To provide unique and quality experiences at Barceló we have the well-known company Dressel Divers Club, inside the complex, which provides scuba diving classes, diving trips, snorkelling and other water sports such as jet skiing and deep-sea fishing, subject to an additional charge. The boats leave from the hotel’s private jetty.
Dressel Divers Club offers a 20% discount on scuba diving and snorkelling if purchased online before your arrival.
