Awarded a Michelin star and a Repsol sun, La Finca restaurant at La Bobadilla, a Royal Hideaway Hotel is considered one of the best restaurants in Granada and its province. With Malaga chef Fernando Arjona (1 Michelin star and 1 Repsol sun) at the helm and a menu advised by chef Pablo González (2 Michelin stars and 3 Repsol suns), La Finca is committed to creative signature cuisine with roots in Andalusian gastronomy. With a menu that heavily features local produce, its dishes connect the diner with the land through flavours and preparations that surprise and delight.
Emphasising its philosophy based on rootedness and proximity, La Finca offers its diners a tasting menu in the form of a gastronomic tour of the best corners of Andalusia, through delicious interpretations of the best dishes of the land. A true delight for the palate that grows with a select wine list that seeks to exalt the personality of each dish.
Among its star products, we find the caviar of Riofrío or "black gold" from Granada, as it is known in the area; it is the only organic, Spanish variety of this delicacy grown just a few minutes away. EVOO is one of the other stars of the menu, and it is a product that Chef Gonzalez often pays homage to in his dishes by featuring varieties from all over the world. The beginning of the La Finca experience takes place in the stone chapel, one of the most emblematic spaces of the hotel.

Chef
Born in Archidona, a town near the city of Loja in Granada, Fernando Arjona grew up in a family of hoteliers in Malaga. Arjona utilises his high technical level to contribute to a cuisine that meets local tradition, with a special emphasis on recipes derived from the heart of Granada and Malaga.
His identity in the kitchen is marked by the constant search for the highest quality and by his interest in making the gastronomy of western Granada well-known, far from the world of tapas and based, above all, on local products and the garden. His work at the helm of La Finca led him to win his first Michelin star in 2022, the first received in the province of Granada; and the first Repsol sun in 2024.
