For the creation of this unique gastronomic concept in Huelva, we received guidance from two renowned chefs and paella experts: Carlos Otaola (Otaola Restaurant, Seville) and José Luis Chaparro (Casa Chaparro Restaurant, Valencia), whose restaurants have received many prestigious awards. Specialties include authentic paellas such as the Valencian Paella and Arroz del Senyoret, Arroz Caldoso (rice stew), and Arroz Meloso, (creamy rice) with ingredients such as lobster or oxtail, and Fideuá (noodle paella) with ingredients such as duck, porcine mushrooms and foie gras.
