A gastronomic experience

In Cadiz the locals have been in love with tuna fish for 3,000 years. Every year the Bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) travels thousands of miles from the North Sea to the warm Mediterranean waters to reproduce. Just before entering the Strait of Gibraltar, they are caught in fishing nets by Cadiz fishermen. And from their nets, they go straight to Atunante Restaurant.
