La Mesa del Chef, at Royal Hideaway Playacar, offers a culinary experience based on the chef's interactions with the diners. Located within the Las Ventanas Restaurant, the guests who request so will be able to enjoy dishes exclusively created by the hotel's Executive Chef. A unique gastronomic experience with a 9-course gourmet menu and wine pairing chosen by the Sommelier.

Enjoy a unique gastronomic experience with a gourmet tasting menu of 9 courses, exclusively designed by the resort's creative and talented Executive Chef, Miguel Vara, and his professional cooking team. Diners will be able to address the Chef Vara and his team, who will explain in detail all the techniques and ingredients used, as well as share anecdotes about the creation of each dish.

To enrich the experience, the Sommelier will accompany the menu with a selection of wines suitable for each dish.
