The U wellness Spa at the Occidental Nuevo Vallarta hotel is a space with soft lighting and music, conceived for relaxation, with a minimalist decoration that helps create a cosy atmosphere. This spa is the perfect place for a relaxing experience that will allow you to reconnect with your well-being. When you visit it, you will find massage cabins, a beauty salon and bathrooms with showers. The products used in facial treatments are natural, chemical-free products.

Services for couples:
The U Wellness Experience (90 minutes), which includes a massage, a facial treatment and a pedicure
Occidental Relaxing, massage with a facial treatment therapy (80 minutes).
Ancestral Relaxation, with hot stones (110 minutes).
Hot stone therapy and facial treatment.
Spa Pedicure/Express Manicure (90 min).
For him:
Therapy for men including deep tissue massage, facial treatment and an express pedicure (110 min).
Couples Massage:
Back massage as a couple (30 min).
Relaxing massage as a couple (50 min).
Access:
Entry for minors only allowed when accompanied by an adult.
Pregnant guests from 12 to 24 weeks can access, as long as it isn't a risky pregnancy.
Guests who should not consume the spa's services: cancer patients, patients with recent surgeries and heart problems, among others.
Cancellation policy:
Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 5 hours before the service, 24 hours for special packages and 48 hours for group appointments (more than 2 services).
Any cancellation will be penalised with 50% of the booked service outside the established hours.
In case of not showing up for the appointment without prior notice, 100% of the cost of the reserved service will be charged to the room.
