Arrozante is a new culinary space that captures the essence of the Mediterranean, with a menu to delight rice lovers.
In order to create this unique gastronomic concept, we received guidance from the renowned chef and paella expert Carlos Otaola (Otaola Restaurant, Seville), whose catering outlets have won prestigious awards.
Specialities include authentic paellas such as Valencian paella or arroz del senyoret; arroz caldoso or arroz meloso, a creamy rice with ingredients such as lobster or oxtail; or the fideuás, noodle paellas with ingredients such as duck, porcini mushrooms and foie.
To satisfy the most discerning palates, Arrozante also offers an extensive wine list to pair with its delicious dishes.
