A new culinary venue set on the Mediterranean Sea, whose menu will delight lovers of rice in all its forms, has opened its doors at the Hotel Barceló Costa Ballena Golf & Spa.
For the creation of this unique culinary experience in Cádiz we have been guided by two renowned chefs and paella experts: Carlos Otaola (Restaurante Otaola, Seville) and José Luis Chaparro (Restaurante Casa Chaparro, Valencia) whose restaurants have received prestigious awards. Among its specialties are authentic Valencian paellas and Arroz del Señoret, brothy rice dishes made with lobster or seafood, or fideuás containing duck, boletus mushrooms and foie gras.
In addition, for those with the most discerning palates, Arrozante offers an extensive wine list for perfect pairings with its exclusive dishes.
