La Dolce Vita restaurant gives you the opportunity to try pasta and pizza in the purest Italian style. Enjoy a selection of exquisite dishes that are prepared at home. Its taste will transport you to the original trattoria, as if you were tasting this gastronomic offer in the city of Rome itself.
To start this experience, you have to try some of the culinary delights reserved for antipasti, such as il tagliere dell ́oste, an assortment of Italian sausages that includes parma ham, bacon, cherry, stracchino, tigela and piadina. And if, on the other hand, you opt for an insalate, options such as vellutata di pomodoro, which is a tomato cream with thyme and rosemary, will fascinate you.
Once you've worked up an appetite, it's time to sink your teeth into the main courses with gratin proposals such as parmigiana, a lasagna made of aubergine, tomatoes, Italian cheeses, vegetables, garlic and basil; and pasta in its original form, as in the case of gnocchi, made from potatoes, without forgetting the extensive selection of sauces available.
All in all, the assortment of risottos, as well as the meat and fish cooked in the Italian style, will be irresistible. However, the essential dish that cannot be missing from your table is one of our homemade pizzas, made in a special oven. The focaccias end up completing this menu, in the absence of a dolci next to the type of wine with which you prefer to pair all this food.
