Lanzarote and its surroundings have endless places of interest that you cannot miss, from paradisiacal beaches to magnificent natural areas to explore in different ways. For this reason, another essential activity to discover the island in depth are the tours and excursions through some of its main enclaves.
Timanfaya Park. This enclave was formed from volcanic eruptions that occurred centuries ago, giving it its unique geology. Once inside the park you can visit the mountain of fire and the camel shed or take walking routes such as Tremesana or the coast.
Quad bike tour. If you are looking for a little more adrenaline, you can get on a quad bike and tour with a guide the old quarries of Guatiza, the Mala dam, Chache rocks or the Mojón quarry, among other outstanding areas.
Surroundings of Lanzarote. Just 30 minutes by ferry from Lanzarote is La Graciosa; an island that preserves the purity of its ecosystem and where it is possible to go on sea excursions by sailboat or catamaran to the islets that belong to the marine reserve and even spot dolphins.
