For the creation of this unique gastronomic concept in Huelva we have had the advice of two renowned chefs and paella experts: Carlos Otaola (Otaola Restaurant, Seville) and José Luis Chaparro (Casa Chaparro Restaurant, Valencia) whose restaurants have received prestigious awards. Among their specialties there are authentic paellas such as the Valencian or Señoret, rice dishes such as lobster, or fideuás such as duck, boletus and foie.
