RATES
Long stay rates apply from a standard 1 bedroom apartments of 65 sqm. - From AED 15,000/- for 1 standard bedroom per month.
- From 22,000 AED/- for 2 standard bedrooms per month.
Terms and Conditions - This rate is for rentals of 30 nights or more and includes all applicable taxes, service charge and VAT.
- This rate is subject to the tourist dirham which is 10 AED/- per night for one bedroom and 20 AED/- for 2 bedrooms and only for the first 30 nights.
- The rate is for lodging only.
