Located in front of the sea and with a dream terrace, the Arrozante restaurant of the Barceló Tenerife hotel welcomes diners in an incomparable setting and with a gastronomic proposal based on signature rice dishes, where the flavor and quality of the raw material are the true protagonists of the table. Arrozante is committed to a cuisine in contact with the land and traditional Spanish recipes, with rice dishes made from a star ingredient: bombita rice from the Albufera de Valencia. A signature rice that is cultivated by hand in the Valencian region of Ribera Baja, the cradle of paella and rice cultivation on the peninsula, and which has unleashed the passion of the most famous chefs in the country.
Arrozante is more than a restaurant; is a gastronomic concept with rice as a common thread that has the advice of Carlos Otaola, one of the best rice masters in our country. The star ingredient on their menu is the bombita rice from the Albufera de Valencia, with which they make the traditional Valencian paella, black rice or senyoret, and soupy rice dishes such as lobster, cuttlefish with pumpkin or oxtail.
Arrozante also has an extensive menu of starters, with great classics of Spanish gastronomy where seafood products take centre stage, as well as fideuás and different varieties of seafood. For the little ones, the restaurant has a children's menu and à la carte starters.
