1. General conditions of the reservation
Terms and conditions of the reservation
Your reservation will be secured through your CREDIT CARD.
In the case of some offers, promotions or special rates, a fee may be charged at the time of booking or from the moment restrictions apply. This will be in the form of a deposit through our secure electronic POS, which will be discounted from your final invoice at the hotel. Your credit card will be stored securely and confidentially as an additional guarantee. The Barceló Group promises to maintain the information provided by the customer under the strictest secrecy. If you have to pay for all or part of the amount of the reservation at the hotel, you may be asked to pay said amount on your arrival day (check-in date).
If you would like to make any CHANGES OR CANCEL your reservation, you must do so prior to the expected arrival date in the original reservation specified in the particular conditions of the rate or offer selected. Otherwise, the corresponding charges specified will apply.
Once your reservation is booked, please print the page entitled BOOKING VOUCHER, which will serve as proof of the services purchased and your reservation. Save this voucher until your arrival at the hotel and show it to reception upon check-in. In the event that you do not show the voucher at the reception, the hotel is not responsible for any errors related to the reservation, whether in the agreed price, number of people, and/or purchased services. Save the RECORD LOCATOR of your reservation. This will be necessary to access your reservation details in case you need to make any change or cancel it.
Remember that all people (including children) who will stay at the hotel must have PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTATION, as well as official and valid identification documents to verify:
- the booking conditions, such as the age of children or the identity of occupants of the room, specified in the booking
- the conditions of the discounts applied to the booking are met
- The cardholder of the credit/debit card with which the prepayment was made, if applicable
This documentation may be requested at the hotel reception upon your arrival. In the event of no identification or noncompliance of any of the aforementioned conditions, the hotel will charge 100% of the stay even if prepayments have been made. Additionally, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amounts discounted.
The RESERVATION PAYMENT shall be conducted in the currency of the hotel’s country. The prices in other currencies displayed in parentheses below the price of the hotel currency, and present in the booking process and voucher, are solely for informational purposes and are subject to variations of the daily exchange rate.
Plans
Plans for half board (breakfast and dinner) and full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), as a general rule, do not include drinks. For the All Inclusive plan, please see all of the services included in the specific reservation conditions in each case.
Rates
The “from” prices are calculated based on an occupancy of 2 people per room. If the reservation is booked for a greater or lesser number of people per room, this price may vary. Rates valid exclusively for individual reservations; not valid for groups and/or special events.
All of the rates listed include taxes applicable at the time of completing the reservation. However, should the increase of any indirect applicable tax occur subsequent to the confirmation of the reservation (as may include, but not limited to VAT or IGIC), or if new fees, taxes or contributions of any kind that tax said rendering of services, the rates indicated would increase in the amount that legally corresponds.
The client may proceed to make any claims, either through the reception of the hotel in the reservation, or by mail, addressed to: Barceló Hotel Group, Customer Services Department, C/ Josep Rover Motta, nº 27, 07006, Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands - Spain), help portal.
