Located inside the Las Ventanas restaurant, guests can request dishes created exclusively by the hotel's Executive Chef. A unique dining experience with a 9-course gourmet menu and wine pairing selected by the Sommelier.

Enjoy a unique dining experience with a 9-course gourmet tasting menu, designed exclusively by the resort's creative and talented Executive Chef, Miguel Vara, and his team of professional chefs. Diners will be able to speak with Chef Vara and his team, who will explain all the techniques and ingredients used in detail, as well as anecdotes about the creation of each dish.

To enrich the experience, the Sommelier will pair the menu with a selection of wines best suited for each dish.
