Focusing on its philosophy based on roots and proximity, Atunante offers its diners a menu of dishes around almadraba bluefin tuna, where they can find the delicious specialties of this species: t-bone steak and tuna tenderloin, blacktail and morrillo. Among its star dishes we find the Crepitante (crispy tuna taco with nuts), the Icicle of Toro del Mar (Toro Tuna tartare and Raw Loin), the Pillars of Hercules (tuna tataki with teriyaki) or the Templo Helado en Calma (Tuna tiradito with Yuzu Sphere). A bet where this marine delicacy is the absolute protagonist and that we can find in different formats, textures and flavors thanks to its enormous versatility.

For those who want to try other delicacies from the region, they also have a selection of Cadiz cheeses, the typical starters of Mediterranean cuisine and other seafood specialties such as squid or sea bass. Atunante has several tasting menus, as well as options for celiacs.
