Arrozante, the Home of Rice

 

A new culinary space capturing the essence of the Mediterranean, with a menu to delight lovers of rice dishes, has opened its doors at Barceló Granada Congress Hotel. 

 

In order to create this unique gastronomic concept, we received guidance from the renowned chef and paella expert Carlos Otaola (Otaola Restaurant, Seville), whose restaurants have won prestigious awards. Specialities include authentic paellas such as the Valencian Paella and Arroz del Senyoret, Arroz Caldoso (rice stew) and Arroz Meloso, (creamy rice) with ingredients such as lobster or oxtail, and Fideuá (noodle paella) with ingredients such as duck, porcini mushrooms and foie gras. 

 

Arrozante also offers an extensive wine list for pairing with its delicious dishes in order to satisfy the most discerning palates.
