The stoves are almost ready for the special edition of the Barceló Gourmet Festival. Get ready to delight in surprising culinary creations and enjoy a variety of activities that will take you through a world of sensory experiences in this gastronomic tour, from the
16th to 19th of September in the Riviera Maya's best resort.
Every year guest chefs delight us with their wonderful dinners. This year 4 food and drink pairing dinners are being prepared by the following guest chefs: Maximiliano Sola, Culinary Director of Zamna and Art Beach in Tulum, Yusuke Kogure, owner and chef of Kogure Tulum Japanese Cuisine, Pedro Abascal, owner and chef of Primo y Flama restaurant in Playa del Carmen and Israel Loyola from his restaurant Sin Nombre in Oaxaca. The executive chefs at the resort will also be preparing a stellar dining experience to surprise you with some great culinary delights.
To round off the weekend there will be different activities, such as seafront cooking classes, cocktail mixing and tastings, which aim to highlight the use of and give gastronomic exposure to local products, all accompanied by the event's sponsors: Unilever Food Solutions, Nestle, Sigma Alimentos, Bravoleum Oil, Caviar Polanco, Atlantic Prime, Casa Madero, Monte Xanic, Santo Tomas, among others.
