The space
A privileged setting in which the outdoor lounge opens out onto the volcanic garden of the Royal Hideaway Corales Suites Hotel and looks out over the ocean. An open concept that doesn't lose an ounce of privacy at each table, allowing diners to immerse themselves in the vibrant and authentic gastronomic energy of Italy that permeates the atmosphere.

This is hotel is not for everyone- but it is perfect for me and my family
This hotel is amazing if you are looking for quiet understated luxury, I a lovely seaside village with lots of fabulous dining options. Nothing is cheap, but nothing nice is rarely cheap- you get what you pay for! You may not like this place in you like uber trendy locations frequented by reality tv types. Love island wannabes, posers and serial networkers. Book with caution if you like all inclusive resorts such as ikos and sani. The vibe is different here and that is a good thing as far as I am concerned. No where is perfect- any problems were dealt with quickly and effectively. I am a bit picky which is why I choose royal hideaway The pool areas are lovely, drinks bought to sunbeds, it’s lovely and clean, toilets and nice and no 6 am bun fight for a sunbed and parasol. There are enough to go around. The staff are lovely and big shout out to our house keepers, ana morales and olena. Housekeeping is the hardest Jobs in the world and these ladies do it with a smile. The bellboys are fantastic and have a wealth of knowledge. They are so friendly, guest focused and they love their jobs. They always talk about how good the team is, they always talk up other members of staff in other departments and they are so trustworthy. These gentleman also look very smart in their new uniforms. I love buggies- they are fab for getting every where in hotels. We tried all the returns apart from the Michelin star ones. My favourite was la trattoria, the food and staff were amazing. Guest relations were fantastic. My tip is to let them book restaurants for you. They have fantastic local knowledge and you will not be disappointed. We will be back next June. Katie xxx

Amazing hotel, all staff so friendly and helpful. Hotel absolutely spotless, breakfast buffet amazing, room service excellent. Loved this hotel was a fantastic place to celebrate our 30 wedding anniversary, had our own pool which was lovely! Cannot fault it in any way. Can’t wait to go again!

We've been back to this hotel three times and I can truly say this hotel is faultless. Everything is just wonderful and is fantastic for kids too. The rooms, food and service is simply 5*. If you love your restaurants and food then this is the place to go!! What really makes it special though is the staff. Each and every single person are lovely and make your stay extra special. They are a credit to the brand. Justyna at breakfast with her infectious smile and happiness just starts your day right. She is everything this hotel represents. Plus another special mention to Gaia who also made our stay fantastic. Will be going back there again and again.

We booked a holiday here not knowing anything about the hotel or the area - we just did an internet search and looked at the reviews when we were making our choice. And we struck gold! This was an amazing hotel/holiday. I knew it would go well from the moment we arrived and were given a chilled glass of bubbles while we checked in. We stayed in the adults only part of the hotel (important for us) and it was lovely and quiet. It was also very clean, the rooms were excellent, the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and we enjoyed every minute. All the staff were lovely - efficient and helpful without being overbearing. After the first morning they remembered our coffee order, which was a nice touch. There were plenty of options for the evening, there are various Michelin starred restaurants, but we chose to have the buffet, which changed every day. There was always so much choice, and lots of it was cooked from fresh in front of you. Lots of fresh ingredients, good wine… thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfasts were pretty amazing too, lots of fresh fruit, pastries, cooked breakfast, and a menu to choose from if you wanted something delivered to the table. The two swimming pool areas were very nice indeed. We spent a few mornings lazing by the pool on the ground floor. The staff were always helpful getting towels for the sun beds. There was cold water (flavoured with fresh orange or lemon slices) available, and wipes for your glasses which was a touch of genius for me as mine always get gunked up with sun cream etc. Using the app you could get drinks and snacks delivered straight to you - frozen cocktails slipped down very nicely. I also tried a couple of treatments at the spa - I had a facial and a massage. I would highly recommend the hot stone massage, Sylvia gave me an amazing one. The room was perfect for us, very comfortable beds and great facilities. The cleaning staff were very efficient and if we asked for anything (like coffee pods) they arrived promptly. The balcony area was fabulous. It was easy to walk down to the beach, and there were various restaurants and shops nearby, but to be honest we were so well catered for/looked after at the hotel that we rarely wandered out. All in all we absolutely loved this holiday and will definitely be back. What a treat.

We always return to Tenerife, to Royal Hidaway and the people who make this place famous with their great work. A pleasant atmosphere, a beautiful view from the terraces, large and bright rooms, a beautiful swimming pool with heated water - all this is known and familiar. But what is the "specialty" of this hotel are the people working there, who are the best ambassadors of this hotel. Reception - the whole team together with the bell boys, Housekeeping - always the highest standard, Kids Club - my special thanks for the wonderful relationship With my Kids , Swimming Pool - good service . I dedicate a special place to the Olivia restaurant (breakfast) and La Trattoria. Justyna - a woman institution! When I go for breakfast I know that the smile will not leave my face! The whole team - Justyna, Angie, without your service and sense of humor, breakfast would be much worse. The remaining team of Yelicz Gaia, Jessy, Adra and the cooks - always the best service. This time we used the La Trattoria several times. Martin - you took over the management a few months ago and you do a fantastic job. Congratulations to the whole team ! Of course I can’t forget about Andrea - Costumer Service , always remembering loyal customers . Again you made a wonderful memories and again proved - Royal Hidaway Corales Suites this is great holiday place and for my children for many years “ a favourite White Hotel “ ! Family Nicolaus
