Stars, vanguard and love for the homeland

The Poemas by Hermanos Padrón restaurant is entirely run by Canarian chefs Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padrón, who have been awarded two Michelin stars - the first received by Canarian chefs - and three Repsol suns for their restaurant El Rincón de Juan Carlos in Tenerife.

Originally from Tenerife, the culinary skills of both chefs - Juan Carlos focusing the savoury dishes and Jonathan in desserts - always revolve around local ingredients combined with the finest international products, which allows them to achieve the balance and flavour that characterises their cooking. A cuisine with roots that worships the sea, good produce and market flavours.

Their love for the product put Padrón Brothers on the international map and positioned them as leading chefs thanks to their creativity and culinary vision.
