Fez preserves in an almost unique way the largest medina in the world, that is to say, the largest pedestrian area. The thousands of streets that make up this walled enclosure are crisscrossed with souks dedicated to specific guilds, squares where fountains occupy an artistically privileged space and mosques and madrasas that were, in their day, the focus of organization of each neighborhood.
Today you can also enjoy the rooftop tea shops, a privilege open to all, the Arab baths and restaurants with rich food and decoration.
There is also another Fez where the Royal Palace acts as a magnet surrounded by gardens and gates that lead to the Andalusian and Jewish part.
