Description

This route is a must for mountain lovers. Starting at Pico do Arieiro (1818 meters of altitude), this path leads to the interior of the island where you will have the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking landscapes.

The highlight of the day will be the arrival at Pico Ruivo – the highest point on the island at an altitude of 1861 meters.

After admiring the unique view, it is 1 hour to Achada do Teixeira.
