Enjoy a unique and healthy sea experience. Practice yoga on a paddle board, balance and rewarding steadiness

It is a practice combining 2 disciplines. The aspects of yoga worked on are: asana, pranayama, mudra and meditation, practicing it
on a stand up paddle board, always into the sea.

This combined activity is somewhat challenging and very rewarding at the same time. The purpose is to find balance and stability, both physical and mental, at sea.

It works on deep muscles, balance, elasticity and concentration. It improves the body's proprioception, your psychomotricity, and the physical and breathing endurance. It also provides a greater state of relaxation, helps you stay in the present moment, calms your mind and lowers stress levels. You will feel in contact with nature and in connection with the water element, while exercising good breathing, a direct effect on our mind.

Our one-hour private classes adapt to any level of knowledge, whether you want to start the activity, are a beginner or practice yoga regularly. We are right on the beach and we keep your personal items and belongings in our offices, so you can comfortably enjoy the experience.
