Latin HIIT is a unique method that combines salsa, bachata, and merengue choreographies with functional exercises. The activity includes equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or ankle weights to increase training intensity.

It is designed for those who enjoy dancing Latin rhythms but also want an intense workout. It is a fun and full-body workout, toning and firming your muscles.

The class ends with a stretching session to the rhythm of Latin music, leaving you feeling energized and rejuvenated.
