Giants of the Strait include the fin whale, the second-largest animal on Earth, creating a powerful spray when it surfaces to breathe. Sperm whales, while less interactive with tourists, may offer a glimpse of their impressive tails as they dive, resembling obelisks in the water. What should you know before you go?
- It is not allowed to take photos with flash, feed animals, touch animals or make noise and scream
- The probability of spotting cetaceans is close to 100%, but a free second chance will be provided if there are no sightings of at least one species
- The activity may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions. In these cases, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund of the amount paid will be made
