Embark on a captivating journey through Doñana Natural Park!
Combine the tranquility of a scenic boat ride with an exhilarating guided kayak tour. Paddle along the majestic lower Guadalquivir River, exploring the final 6 kilometers of this natural wonder.
Taking advantage of the tides, our route is designed for ease and enjoyment. We'll depart from one point and conclude at another, with a convenient 15-20 minute motorboat transfer between locations. This allows you to focus your kayaking on the gentle current.
Accommodating up to 10 explorers, this tour is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts of all levels. No prior kayaking experience is necessary! Just a basic level of fitness – similar to what you might use for walking or occasional sports – is enough.
Our adventure begins with a kayak launch near "La Plancha," a historical village once home to workers who managed Doñana's natural resources. As we paddle along the park's shoreline, breathtaking views will surround us. The initial stretch features a picturesque pine forest meeting the water's edge. Further along, near Sanlúcar, the landscape transforms into a vibrant marsh teeming with diverse birdlife. Keep your eyes peeled – you might even spot deer or wild boar! Finally, we'll cross the Guadalquivir once more, concluding our journey at the beautiful Bajo de Guía beach.
