Its restaurant Arrozante is an innovative gastronomic concept from the Barceló Group, specializing in the creation of paellas and signature rice dishes, in collaboration with renowned chefs such as Carlos Otaola (Otaola Restaurant, Seville).
This experience will allow you to learn the recipe for one of our most appreciated rice dishes and teach you how to make it yourself, so you can surprise your loved ones with this delicious preparation at home. Under the supervision of one of our top chefs, and wearing our signature chef's hat and apron, you will learn how to cook an exquisite paella, which you will later enjoy on the restaurant's terrace, paired with a glass of local wine.
The star ingredient of our kitchen is bombita rice from the Albufera of Valencia, cultivated by hand in the Ribera Baja. This rice is used to create iconic dishes such as traditional Valencian paellas, paella del senyoret, and innovative dishes like mushroom and artichoke rice or the surprising red paella. The restaurant also offers brothy or creamy rice dishes and fideuás, including varieties like duck, mushroom, and foie or the black fideuá with prawn tails, dogfish, and squid ink.
