From the east coast to the west, venturing through Fuerteventura's heartland. Discover spectacular hidden corners and captivating landscapes
Our adventure begins on the east coast of Fuerteventura. We'll head towards the Entallada Lighthouse, one of the Canary Islands' last inhabited lighthouses. Learn about its history and soak in breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Next, we'll delve into the island's interior, passing through the charming towns of Tuineje and Pájara. Witness Fuerteventura's characteristic rural landscapes before reaching Ajuy on the west coast. Here, you'll have a delightful hour of free time to explore. Ajuy boasts black sand beaches and a network of fascinating sea caves eroded by waves over millennia. These caves are accessible via a scenic seaside path.
Our next stop is Betancuria, the former capital of the island. Explore this beautiful town at your own pace for 40 minutes. We'll also make strategic stops at two spectacular viewpoints: Mirador de la Degollada and Mirador de Guise y Ayose, offering incredible panoramic vistas - perfect photo opportunities!
Continuing our journey, we'll stop for a complimentary lunch in the town of Casillas de Morales. Then, we'll head back to the west coast via La Oliva before enjoying a relaxing hour of free time in the Parque Natural de Las Dunas de Corralejo. Immerse yourself in the magic of this place of exceptional natural beauty.
Finally, we'll return to our resort, concluding an unforgettable, dynamic, and contrast-filled excursion.
