Learn to surf with the best professionals in the area, small group classes for both beginners and intermediate levels
Everyone should try surfing at least once in their life, an experience you will never forget, with us you will learn to understand the culture, history, philosophy and rules of surfing.
We will teach you all the safety rules to enjoy yourself to the fullest from the start with total confidence, our instructors have extensive experience and are certified by the Surf Federation so that you can practice this activity safely and without risks. You will learn to stretch, warm and breathe before entering the water and we will teach you how to surf so that you can then practice it independently, we will help you understand the sea, its currents, wave formation, different types of ruptures... and to love and respect the environment that surrounds us and its nature.
We offer you personalized classes in small groups of 1, 2 and up to 3 days with two options
Beginner: If you've never tried surfing this is your chance. We start from level zero and explain all the steps to you in a very simple way with the best learning material. We practice paddling and techniques to stand on the board and we teach you to catch your first foams and waves.
Intermediate Level: You are tired of collecting foam and you want to start catching waves with a wall, our monitors will come in with you and they will help you catch green waves, your first walls. We teach you paddling techniques when catching the wave and how to ride up the waves (duck dive and eskimo-roll)., to skirt your first waves and to pick up speed on the wave wall and correct positions to catch a wall, take off and bottom turn).
What should you know before you go?
- Departure times tend to change, depending on the tides, wind and sea conditions. If we need to change the start time of the activity, we will notify you via phone or email
- It is essential to knowswimming
- The minimum age to carry out this activity is 14 years
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian
- The total duration of the activity is 4 hours, including the time we need to go to and return to the surf area, always close to Corralejo
- You can book 1, 2 or 3 days of classes, once you have completed the first class you will agree with the monitor the rest of the days and times
What to bring?
- Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and flip flops
- Bring extra clothes to keep you dry and comfortable at the end of the activity
- Water, drinks and some food: sandwiches, snacks, bars...
