Strings and piano trio - Oenological presentation by sommelier Rafael Hurtado
A different way to enjoy the quality of an excellent wine, its tonalities and nuances, experiencing and learning about its ancestral link with other arts throughout history. This special tour will have three stages: an introduction entitled ‘Dionysus and divine inspiration’: a journey through the moments that mark the relationship between wine, music and artistic creation, an oenological explanation, which will reveal the particularity of Canary Island wines, a unique grape in the world; as well as a wine tasting with instrumental music performance, by a trio of violin, cello and piano, which will allow us to perceive, through the ‘sound pairing’, the most hidden nuances of the grape. A true aesthetic delight for the senses.
