Our small-group tour will take us on a 1-kilometer walk through the dramatic landscapes of Víznar and Alfacar, where Lorca was arrested and executed by Nationalist forces during the Spanish Civil War.
Along the way, we'll learn about the poet's life and work, his impact on Spanish and international culture, and the tragic circumstances of his death.
We'll also explore the historical context of the Spanish Civil War, delving into the socio-political turmoil and the deep divisions that led to the conflict.
