What the experience includes
Discover the impressive Granada Geopark, which National Geographic magazine defines as “Granada's surprise”
Departing from Granada in the morning we will arrive at villages and the natural landscape of the Granada Geopark. The first stop will be at the Acequia del Toril, a natural aqueduct that has been formed over the centuries, covering the great stage of the vast vegetation that covers the Acequia and the arid landscape that surrounds it.
Next up is Gorafe, one of the most picturesque towns in Granada. Explore and immerse yourself in one of the most important natural deserts in Europe, enjoy an impressive panorama full of different shapes, colors and sensations. Visit the typical cave houses and dolmens of Megalithic Park.
The tour continues to the town of Zujar, the Mirador de Jabalcón, from where you can see a large territory occupied by the quaternary sediments of the basin, also learning about its Geological History thanks to our local guide. You will have time to take pictures of this fantastic landscape.
Finally, have lunch at one of the best restaurants in the region trying local food.
