Description
Our blind tasting is intended to be an immersive approach to the history of Iberian Ham and especially Jabugo Ham given its relationship with our land and its environment.
The explanatory visit consists of 2 very different parts
A first cultural and educational part to learn about the product, its origin, its evolution over the centuries of this land.
In this first part, we will delve into the tradition of the product we are going to taste, the awards it has and the quality standards that certify it, as well as curiosities, anecdotes and legends and of course the entire production process of Iberian ham and its different types.
We will also talk about the best wines to accompany this product, also belonging to the environment of the province of Huelva.
The second part includes a blind tasting and tasting where we will discover the product and learn to distinguish the different varieties of ham accompanied by a pairing of Condado and Fino white wine
