While dolphin sightings are highly likely, it's important to remember they are wild animals. We cannot guarantee sightings, and refunds or complaints will not be accepted in the absence of dolphins.

What should you know before you go?
- Our boat is suitable for people with reduced mobility, has toilets and bar service
- swimming is not allowed
- The sighting is very likely, but it's not guaranteed. Complaints or refunds are not allowed for not seeing dolphins
- The activity may be canceled due to the lack of a minimum number of participants or due to adverse weather conditions. In these cases, another alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
