Welcome to the Alcazaba of Malaga! a city in which two great civilizations have left their mark: the Roman and the Muslim
Nothing can be understood without knowing the past and this visit vindicates this statement more than ever. We will begin with the Roman Theater and its Interpretation Center, which gives us an idea of the splendor the city enjoyed during the imperial past times.
Later, we will move on to the Alcazaba, built during the taifa era, it gives us a glimpse of what the Alhambra de Granada would be like later. We visit as well the Patio de Armas used by the Catholic Monarchs after the conquest of the city and where today we find a beautiful Andalusí garden. We will also visit the Quarters of Granada, the residence of governors and kings during their stay in Malaga.
Finally, once we reach the top of the Alcazaba, amazing views of the city, the port and the sea skyline will await us.
