What should you know before you go?

To carry out this experience, it is necessary to bring sportswear, bathroom items for the shower and changing clothes. It can be booked up to 24 hours in advance and can be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., every day of the year.

Experience not available to children under 16 years of age.

What to bring?

To carry out this experience, it is necessary to bring sportswear, bathroom items for the shower and changing clothes.

Included on booking:

• Access to the gym and sauna for approximately 1 hour.
• Hand towel for the gym and shower towel for after the sauna.
• Freshly prepared green detox smoothie.

Not included on booking:

Changing clothes and toiletries.
