• This is a SELFGUIDED service. In case you want to do ALL THE ACTIVITY ACCOMPANIED by one of our guides, contact us!
• This service INCLUDES the bike RENTAL, helmet and map with the route, as well as, the entrance to the museum/factory Albaola.
• Being able to ride a bike and a height between 1.50m (4'11'') and 1.90m (6'3'') IS REQUIRED to drive comfortably.
• This tour IS NOT accessible to those with reduced mobility.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

Reservation cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the beginning date of the purchased service. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour, there is no reimbursement. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the service initiation date, a cancelation fee of 10% of the total price of the reservation will apply. Go Local reserves the right to cancel any tour which does not have the minimum number of participants or good enough weather conditions. In case of cancellation by Go Local, the total price of the booking will be reimbursed to the customer. If payement is not received within the first 72 hours of “payement request” the pre-booking will be cancelled.

INFORMATIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE E-BIKE TOUR OF GO LOCAL S.S.

(For 18+ years old and / or guardians)

MANIFEST

1.- That on the part of Go Local San Sebastian organization and for the E-Bike Tour that it makes available to the users, I have been informed (to me and my companions) sufficiently and in a comprehensible language about the characteristics of the E-Bike Tour.I
2.- That I have been informed (to me and my companions) in a sufficient and clear manner about the risks of this activity and about the security measures to be adopted.
3.- That I have no contraindication whatsoever to use the bicycle (neither me or my companions) and I am responsible (and my companions) for the handling or driving of the bicycle, as well as safety and health conditions during the journey.
4.- That the bicycle (bicycles) delivered by Go Local is (are) in perfect condition and that during the E-Bike Tour carried out I am responsible for the care of the borrowed material and that in case of misuse or theft / disappearance thereof, I will assume the costs of repair or replacement. Being aware that the value of the Orbea Katu E- 20 amounts to 2499 €.
5.- That I know and understand the regulations governing the activity E-Bike Tour and that I am fully satisfied with them, subjecting myself to the power of said regulations.
6.- That I voluntarily assume the risks inherent to the use of the bicycle and, consequently, I exempt the organization from the company of any damage or prejudice that may suffer during its use. Such exemption does not include damages and losses that are the result of fault or negligence of the organization.
