From next 6/10 enjoy with the Dolce Vita, the classic Italian Aperitivo by Yoni Mesa, Mixologist of the Maresia Atlantic Bar at the Royal Hideaway Corales hotel, the driving force behind the first cocktail bar made with 100% Canarian products, called territorial cocktails.
The chef of Dolce Vita, Niki Pavanelli, joins the bartender Yoni Mesa, to bring you closer to this culinary and social tradition in Italian life through a short historical journey, starting with 3 of the most traditional and popular cocktails, giving it a touch of Canarian essence in its preparation. These cocktails will be accompanied by an assortment of classic Italian appetizers, which will make you open your stomach and get closer to Italian cuisine.
The Aperitivo will lead to a dinner designed by chef Niki Pavanelli, where you will enjoy the culinary essence of different regions of beautiful Italy, paired together between chef and bartender Yoni Mesa.
