Learn how to make the typical Canarian sauce, Mojo, in a “Mojo Picón con Papas Arrugadas” workshop, red or green, with coriander, parsley or pumpkin. Our chef will guide you to get the best flavour of one of the 7 gastronomic wonders of this country.

Pork shoulder roasted in a wood-fired oven*, accompanied with vegetable jam, almond mojo, lettuce and onion salad with our Macho Monje vinegar and wrinkled potatoes. Dessert: cream cheese with wine sponge cake and Hollera jam.
