Itinerario

  • We will meet at the Serranos Towers, one of the main architectural symbols of the city. These gates were built in the 14th century, a key period in the history of the city.
  • We will continue our tour towards the Plaza de la Virgen, one of the most beautiful squares in the whole city, where you can admire its medieval uniqueness and learn about its history, which will transport you to another era.
  • We will continue strolling through the picturesque old town of Valencia, discovering its conquest by James I and the transformation of the city's urban planning, which characterised this period. Afterwards, we will admire the Valencia Cathedral, an essential medieval emblem of the old part of the city. Its famous bell tower, partly the work of Pere Balaguer, the Miguelete, hides a curious history that you will learn about on this tour.
  • We will continue visiting the exterior of the iconic Lonja de la Seda (Silk Exchange), a UNESCO heritage site. We will be able to appreciate its different architectural styles, many of which will offer us clues about the city's commercial past. Here you will learn more about the notorious importance of this activity for the inhabitants of Valencia and discover the legends that have become myths of the city and those that have been forgotten, enjoying Valencia from a different perspective.
